4. User Accounts

All applications developed by ARRESTED RELATIONS LLC are independently owned and operated by their respective clients upon project completion and full payment. We retain no ownership, equity, or operational control in client applications unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

Our website content, logos, and branding materials remain the exclusive property of ARRESTED RELATIONS LLC and may not be used without our express written permission.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARRESTED RELATIONS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Indemnification
